What Is a Glass Spigot?
A glass spigot is a stainless steel clamp that holds glass panels in place without the need for frames or drilled holes. It grips the glass with a controlled pressure, spreading the load evenly across the edge of the panel. Therefore, it is the preferred hardware for frameless balustrade and pool fencing systems where clear sightlines and a clean finish are important. Unlike bolt-through systems, spigots leave the glass surface unmarked and allow faster panel replacement when needed.

Maintenance Tips
Glass spigots require little maintenance, but regular care will keep them from premature wear.
Monthly, wipe the hardware with warm water and a non-abrasive cleaner to remove salt deposits, dust and watermarks, particularly in poolside or coastal locations. Apply a stainless steel polish every three to four months to maintain surface brightness and block surface oxidation before it takes hold.
